1. From any DS Online page, click on 'Edit Profile'
2. Select 'Manage Canadian and U.S. Exchange Agreements'
3. Make sure there is a green check mark in all the boxes next to the terms and conditions agreements listed.
Alternatively, you can:
1. Click on 'Get real-time quotes' in the error message; this will take you to the exchange agreement page
2. Make sure there is a green check mark in all the boxes next to the terms and conditions agreements listed.
There will still be a 20-minute delay on quotes in your Watchlist(s) and on the Intraday Holdings page.

Read my balances on My Home Page and on the Holdings page
The balances shown on your Home Page, under the 'My Accounts' tab, are the total value, in Canadian and U.S. dollars, of your holdings, plus any cash balance you may have, with fractional mutual fund units rounded off.
The balance shown on your Holdings page, on the other hand, includes the fractional mutual fund units in the total, calculating the figure to 2 decimals, as well as your cash balance.
